Products & Services
Bonding or “white filling material” is often used in cosmetic procedures in our office such as diastema closure(closure of space between two teeth) or full direct cosmetic veneers, and is commonly used as a realiable, long term filling material. We no longer need trouble ourselves with the old version of “silver” fillings as our composite bonding materials and procedures now serve the function of beautifully correcting many fillings needing replacement.
When teeth are missing or are in need of extraction, implants are generally the primary goal for replacement. Implants are typically made of Titanium Alloy, a light-weight metal which has proven its biocompatibility over 75 years of testing. These are a primary goal because they are the only way to produce a “natural,” individualized replacement of single or multiple teeth. The implant is “osseo-integrated” into supporting bone, resulting in support necessary to mount a single, individual crown, or in the case of multiple implants there can be multiple implant supported crowns placed. Some cases can require up to 10-12 implants to replace entire edentulous arches for those wearing full dentures.
Porcelain Crowns & Bridges
When teeth are broken or have extensive dental decay it is necessary to have them covered completely with a full coverage crown. Today we make these selecting from variety of different materials which produce real, life-like, natural looking replacement of otherwise broken down teeth. Occasionally, teeth are missing or are beyond reasonable repair and must be extracted. Replacement of this extracted tooth can be accomplished by abutting to adjacent teeth with a series of “connected crowns” made from porcelain “white colored” materials. These can be made to look natural and beautifully compliment your smile.
From routine cleanings to more involved hygiene procedures, our goal is to help each patient obtain the healthiest gums and teeth that will promote both good dental health and good overall health. Many people are becoming more aware of how having healthy teeth and gums prevents heart disease and many other debilitating diseases. Our hygienist is great at patient education and will help you achieve your goals of good oral health.
Cosmetic Porcelain Veneers
When patients have a desire to change the appearance of their smile, this can be easily accomplished typically in two visits by placing Porcelain Veneers. When done by an experienced professional, these should be both durable and look natural. While everyone has a different opinion on whiteness, it is within our control to make these look natural in ultra white or more colored variations as look best against your skin tone and natural tooth color combinations. The artistic nature of Veneers requires special consideration of many factors that both the patient and the doctor contribute to. When performing this procedure, it is important to carefully analyze temporaries for fit, comfort, and overall design to determine the appropriate “final” design or form that will provide the custom look you desire in your smile enhancement.
Looking for an alternative to metal braces?
ClearCorrect is the clear and simple choice. No wires. No brackets. Just clear, convenient comfort—every reason to smile.
With ClearCorrect, your dentist or orthodontist can straighten your teeth using a series of clear, custom, removable aligners. Each aligner moves your teeth just a little bit at a time until you eventually get straight teeth.
How does it work?
You and your doctor will evaluate your teeth and talk about any problems or goals you have for your smile. Once you and your doctor establish ClearCorrect is the right treatment option for you, your doctor will take impressions, photos, and x-rays of your teeth that ClearCorrect uses in manufacturing your custom aligners. Then your doctor writes a prescription for your custom aligners and sends it to ClearCorrect.
What can it do?
ClearCorrect can treat a wide variety of issues that keep people from achieving their ideal smiles. Straighter teeth don’t just look better; they work better too. Poorly-aligned teeth can interfere with bite function, wear out quicker, and are more prone to cavities. Ask your doctor how ClearCorrect can help you.
